Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and fulfillment are handled through Shopify and its partnered carriers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Watson Exclusive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
